0.1 MGD MBR Permit Approval

Job ID: 40369239

Budget: $20,000 – $50,000 USD

I need a qualified engineer to take my 0.1 MGD membrane bioreactor wastewater project from draft design to full regulatory approval under both 30 TAC 217 and 30 TAC 210. The sole focus is permitting—preparing every technical document, completing the TCEQ application, responding to agency comments, and staying engaged until the approval letters are in hand.

The design basis, process flow, and preliminary calculations are available; what I lack is the polished submittal package and the experience navigating TCEQ reviewers. Because the plant will serve reclaimed-water purposes, the submission must satisfy 217 design criteria and 210 reuse requirements simultaneously. Speed matters—I am aiming for an ASAP turnaround and will review and sign off on deliverables the moment they are ready.

Deliverables I expect:
• Complete TCEQ permit application forms for 217 and 210
• Design summary report with hydraulic/process calculations, MBR specs, and effluent quality projections
• Supporting drawings (PFD, P&IDs, site layout, civil, structural as needed) in PDF and native CAD
• Reclaimed-water management plan and O&M outline compliant with 210
• Written responses to any TCEQ technical comments until permits are granted

Approval from TCEQ is the acceptance criterion. If you have recent Texas municipal or industrial wastewater permitting successes—especially with MBRs—let’s get started right away.
