As a landowner, I am looking for a consultant to help provide a strong, subject matter backed argument against rezoning a rural/ag property to build a warehouse on land adjoining a stressed watershed and 2 regulatory floodways. My desired outcome for this project is to successfully argue against the rezoning. Although I have some points to make, I need help refining them. To help support my argument, I can provide maps or charts as well as other materials if necessary. The consultant should have a strong background in flooding, wetlands delineation, hydraulic concerns, and other related subjects in order to provide a strong, well-argued case against the rezoning.
