I’m preparing a new development site and need a complete water-related design package that lets me secure permits and move straight into construction drawings. The scope includes a Base Flood Elevation (BFE) / hydraulic study, a full SWPPP & Land Disturbance Plan, and the supporting grading set with road profiles and a stormwater grade plan.
The study must be built around water-quality improvement, flood-control capacity, and erosion prevention. I’ll rely on your hydraulic modelling to establish accurate BFEs, size conveyance structures, and confirm that post-development flows remain within allowable thresholds.
