LEED Silver Consultancy in Cairo

I’m overseeing a new mixed-use development on the outskirts of Cairo that combines commercial space with residential and retail components. Our primary certification target is the commercial portion of the project, and we are committed to securing LEED Silver status.
What I need is end-to-end guidance through the USGBC process with particular emphasis on energy efficiency, water efficiency, and indoor environmental quality. Local experience in Egypt’s climate and regulatory context is essential, and I’m looking for someone who can translate LEED requirements into practical, buildable solutions that fit our contractors’ capabilities.
Key deliverables
• Early-stage gap analysis with a clear action plan for achieving the required credits
• Technical strategies and calculations for Energy & Atmosphere credits (energy modelling, ASHRAE compliance, renewable options)
• Water balance study and fixture selection guidance to secure Water Efficiency points
• Indoor Environmental Quality roadmap, including low-emitting materials, fresh-air strategies, and daylight analysis
• Preparation and upload of all documentation in LEED Online, ready for design and construction reviews
• Ongoing coordination calls with our design team in Cairo through final certification
