BIOSYNK (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced GeM Tender Specialist / Government Tender Consultant to manage our company’s Government e-Marketplace (GeM) activities related to Water Treatment and Environmental Infrastructure projects.

Our core areas include:

• Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
• Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
• River Rejuvenation and Water Infrastructure Projects
• Environmental Engineering and Pollution Control Systems

We are looking for a professional who understands government procurement processes, GeM bidding workflows, and infrastructure/environmental tenders.

The role will be handled remotely as a freelancer and will involve identifying suitable opportunities and ensuring smooth bid submission without compliance errors.

Scope of Work

The freelancer will be responsible for managing the entire GeM tender workflow including:

GeM Tender Identification

Monitor GeM portal daily for relevant opportunities.

Identify tenders related to STP, ETP, WTP, environmental engineering, and water infrastructure.

Filter tenders based on eligibility criteria and project feasibility.

Tender Analysis

Review technical specifications, eligibility requirements, and compliance criteria.

Highlight risks or disqualification factors.

Provide a summarized analysis before proceeding with bid preparation.

Bid Preparation

Prepare technical documentation required for tender submission.

Structure bid responses in accordance with GeM tender requirements.

Ensure all documentation meets buyer and compliance expectations.

GeM Profile Management

Maintain and optimize BIOSYNK’s GeM seller profile.

Upload product/service listings where applicable.

Ensure certifications and company details remain updated.

Document Management

Organize and upload necessary documents such as:

GST registration

Company incorporation documents

Work orders / project experience

Financial certificates

Compliance declarations

Bid Submission

Ensure timely submission of bids.

Avoid technical errors in the submission process.

Confirm successful bid uploads and documentation completeness.

Post-Bid Monitoring

Track bid status on GeM.

Monitor communication from buyers.

Respond to clarifications or document requests.

Tender Tracking

Maintain a tender tracking sheet for all submissions.

Record bid dates, project scope, value, and status.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• GeM portal tender submission and management
• Government procurement procedures
• Infrastructure or environmental project bidding
• Technical documentation for engineering tenders

Experience in the following sectors is strongly preferred:

• Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
• Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
• Pollution Control / Environmental Engineering
• Civil / EPC Infrastructure Projects
