Project Overview

BIOSYNK (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced GeM Tender Specialist to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) activities related to Water Treatment and Environmental Infrastructure Projects.

This role is strictly for professionals who have hands-on experience with the GeM portal and government tender bidding processes.

We are not looking for beginners or general freelancers. The candidate must have proven experience handling GeM tenders end-to-end.

The freelancer will assist in identifying and bidding for relevant government tenders through the GeM portal.

Scope of Responsibilities

The selected freelancer will be responsible for the complete GeM tender process:

Tender Identification

Daily monitoring of GeM portal

Identifying tenders relevant to STP / ETP / WTP / environmental infrastructure

Filtering opportunities based on eligibility and feasibility

Tender Evaluation

Review of tender eligibility criteria

Identification of compliance requirements

Highlighting potential disqualification risks

Bid Preparation

Preparing technical bid documentation

Structuring responses according to tender requirements

Ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness

GeM Portal Management

Managing BIOSYNK's GeM seller profile

Updating certifications and documents

Managing product or service listings if required

Document Handling

Organizing and uploading required documents including:

GST certificate

Company incorporation documents

Work orders / project experience

Financial certificates

Compliance declarations

Bid Submission

Timely submission of bids on GeM

Ensuring there are no technical errors during submission

Verification of successful bid uploads

Post-Bid Monitoring

Tracking bid results

Responding to buyer clarifications

Monitoring communication on GeM portal

Tender Tracking System

Maintaining a record of submitted tenders

Tracking project value, deadlines, and status

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

This project is strictly for candidates with prior GeM tender experience.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrated experience handling GeM portal bidding
• Experience submitting multiple successful or active GeM tenders
• Familiarity with government procurement procedures
• Experience in infrastructure / environmental / engineering related tenders
