Environmental Water Resource Engineering Support

Job ID: 40256922

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I am preparing a project that centres on water-resource management and need an environmental engineer who can step in quickly and drive the technical work from concept through to final documentation.

Scope
The assignment focuses on understanding current water availability, predicting future demand, and outlining robust strategies for sustainable extraction, storage, treatment and reuse. Typical tasks will include: catchment-scale data collection, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling (HEC-RAS, SWMM or similar), water-balance calculations, and identification of best-fit treatment options that comply with local regulations and any national environmental guidelines.

Expected Deliverables
• A concise baseline report summarising data sources, assumptions and key findings
• Model files with clear annotations so they can be reproduced or audited later
• Draft and final water-resource management plan, including schematic drawings (DWG/PDF) and an implementation schedule
• Brief slide deck highlighting recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Acceptance Criteria
All modelling must be fully referenced, traceable and meet accuracy thresholds agreed at project kick-off (NSE ≤ 5 % for flow predictions). Narrative sections should be written in plain English, with any specialised terms explained once on first use.

Timeline & Collaboration
I am ready to share site data immediately and can make decisions fast. Regular check-ins over video or chat every few days will keep us aligned, with milestone reviews tied to the deliverables above.

If you have a proven track record in water-resource projects and are comfortable integrating modelling outputs into practical design guidance, this assignment is set up for smooth, professional collaboration.
