Our company, Waterfront Consulting, Inc has been preparing and submitting applications for piers, bulkheads, riprap, and other waterfront structures for over 40 years. We need to have a PE seal on our plans for the environmental permit drawings. These are NOT structural drawings, these are permit drawings with minimum specified materials.
