Environmental Performance Analysis of Two Buildings

Job ID: 40369471

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I am seeking a simple and visually clear site analysis for two buildings. The goal is to compare their environmental performance based on fundamental spatial and climatic factors, without the use of complex simulations.

The analysis should be presented through two illustrative images (one for each building) and include the following aspects:

Building Orientation:
Identify the primary façade direction (North, South, East, or West) and briefly explain its impact on environmental performance.
Solar Exposure:
Assess how sunlight is distributed across each façade throughout the day (morning and afternoon) and across seasons. Highlight areas of potential overheating as well as zones with beneficial solar gain.
Sun Path Consideration:
Provide a simple explanation of how the sun’s path influences both buildings during different times of the day and across seasons.
Shading Conditions:
Evaluate the impact of surrounding elements (such as nearby buildings or physical obstacles) on shading and solar access.
Natural Ventilation:
Analyze the prevailing wind direction and the potential for cross-ventilation within each building.
