Effluent treatment plant

Job ID: 40003608

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

Our manufacturing unit relies on an on-site Effluent Treatment Plant, and I need an operator who can stay on top of both chemical and biological contaminants from the moment the water enters the system until it is safely discharged. The core task is straightforward: measure what is coming in, adjust the process in real time, and prove—through clear data—that pollutant levels keep trending downward.

Day-to-day you will be sampling, running quick tests with standard lab gear (pH meter, spectrophotometer, DO meter, microbiological plates, etc.), logging results, and fine-tuning aeration, dosing, or retention times as needed. An eye for early warning signs—whether a spike in COD/BOD, an unexpected nutrient surge, or a jump in total coliforms—is critical, because the goal is prevention rather than after-the-fact correction.

Deliverables
• A concise daily log of readings, adjustments, and observed issues
• A weekly summary that highlights pollutant trends and any corrective actions taken
• A short end-of-month report demonstrating measurable reductions in key chemical and biological indicators and confirming discharge remains within local standards

Acceptance will be based on clear, traceable data that shows continuous improvement or sustained compliance, along with well-documented operator interventions that support those results.
