Commercial Septic & Water Plans
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m working on a commercial property that needs two things packaged for permitting: a fully compliant septic system design with all supporting calculations, and a water-service plan that ties into an existing on-site fire hydrant. The jurisdiction is in the United States, so I need someone who already knows the relevant state and county codes, typical EPA guidelines, and common submittal formats for commercial projects.
What I can supply right away is the current site layout in CAD/PDF. It shows building footprints, parking, and the location of the hydrant. I do NOT yet have a topo survey or full architectural set, so you’ll need to flag any additional information you require to finish the hydraulic calculations, trench routes, tank sizing, and setback verification.
Deliverables (permit-ready):
• Septic tank sizing worksheet, percolation/hydraulic load calculations, and a stamped plan sheet with tank, field lines, cleanouts, and elevations.
• Domestic water connection plan detailing pipe sizing, materials, backflow prevention, thrust blocks, and tie-in to the hydrant line, plus a pressure/flow calculation summary.
• One combined PDF for submission and the original CAD files for our records.
I’ll review and respond quickly to RFI’s and markups. Let me know your estimated turnaround and the software you prefer to draft in (Civil 3D, MicroStation, etc.).
