Chemical Hazardous Waste System Setup

I need a complete, compliant generator hazardous-waste system put in place here at FAMOUS.AI. We handle chemical waste exclusively, so every element—from segregation and storage through documentation, labeling, and final disposal—must follow current federal, state, and local regulations.
Scope of work
• Map our existing chemical-handling workflow and identify every point where regulated waste is generated.
• Design the onsite accumulation area, containers, and labeling scheme so we stay within generator status limits and RCRA requirements.
• Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) for collection, inspection, emergency response, and manifest preparation.
• Produce all record-keeping templates (inspection logs, training sign-offs, waste profiles, manifests).
• Recommend and help onboard an approved transporter/disposal facility, including contract language that protects us.
• Train our staff (short virtual session is fine) on the new SOPs and documentation.
Acceptance criteria
1. Written program and SOPs delivered in editable format.
2. Storage layout meets regulatory secondary-containment and signage rules.
3. Sample manifest correctly completed for a typical chemical waste drum.
4. Staff training materials and attendance record ready for auditors.
