Description:
Hi, I am looking for an experienced BioWin process modeling engineer to build and calibrate a complete BioWin model for an AO–MBR biological treatment system treating refinery wastewater.
The project includes:
• Building the AO–MBR process flowsheet in BioWin
• Steady-state simulation and calibration (COD, NH3-N, TN)
• Parameter sensitivity analysis
• Dynamic simulation using 1–2 months of real influent and effluent data
• Importing measured data into the dynamic trend plot and generating comparison charts (model curve vs measured data)
All influent/effluent water quality data, flow data, operational parameters, and BioWin files will be provided.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with BioWin (mandatory)
• Experience with AO / A2O / MBR biological wastewater treatment processes
• Experience with steady-state and dynamic calibration
• Good understanding of COD and nitrogen removal kinetics
• Experience with industrial or refinery wastewater is a plus
Deliverables:
• A completed and calibrated BioWin model (.dwc file)
• Steady-state simulation results
• Sensitivity analysis results
• Full dynamic simulation results
• Comparison charts: simulated vs measured data
• A short documentation summarizing modeling steps and key findings
