I’m ready to move forward with a civil project here in the United States and need an experienced engineer who can guide the technical side from preliminary design through to stamped drawings and final documentation. Because the exact scope is still being refined, I’m open to professionals with backgrounds in structural, transportation, environmental, or general site-civil work. If you’re licensed, please note the states in which you hold active credentials; if you’re in the process of obtaining licensure or work under another PE, that’s useful to know as well.
