Atlanta Site Development revision
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need to answer a set of City of Atlanta site-development comments so the permit can move forward. Please update my civil plan set and supply any supporting exhibits that will satisfy the reviewer.
What must be added or revised
• Disturbed area – calculate it and label the acreage on the cover sheet.
• Erosion control – draw Sd1-S silt fence and a construction entrance around the entire limit of disturbance.
• Impervious replacement – quantify the new sidewalk and driveway surfaces; if they total 500 ft² or more, add stormwater management/Green Infrastructure notes in line with §74-504(b)(1)(2).
• Flood information – insert the correct FEMA FIRM panel, then overlay Zone AE and Zone X flood-plain contours with clearly marked elevations.
• Compliance – include wording and any design tweaks needed to meet the City of Atlanta Flood-Plain Ordinance §74-205.1 for work inside the mapped flood area.
Deliverables
1. Revised PDF plan set (24 × 36) ready for resubmittal.
2. Native AutoCAD Civil 3D 2020 (or later) file.
3. Any calculation sheets or GIS layers used for acreage, impervious counts, or flood contours.
One review round with comments is included; I will handle the formal upload to the city once your final files are in hand.
