Alpharetta Commercial LDP Package
Budget: $10 – $1,500 USD
I’m ready to move a commercial site in Alpharetta, GA through the Land Disturbance Permit process and need a full drawing package prepared. You will work from my current boundary and topo surveys (DWG), building your plans directly on that base.
The scope covers everything the City of Alpharetta and Fulton County require for a commercial LDP submission: a detailed site plan tied to my survey control, complete storm-water management design, erosion and sediment control sheets that satisfy Georgia EPD “green book” standards, and a full hydrology report with supporting calculations.
Deliverables
• PDF plan set suitable for permit submittal, stamped by a Georgia PE or RLA
• Original CAD files in the same coordinate system as my survey
• Separate full hydrology report (PDF + editable spreadsheets)
• All items on the city checklist for commercial ldp
• Any revisions needed after municipal comments
