Small-Site Contamination Analysis

Job ID: 40539782

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I need a qualified environmental professional to carry out a complete contamination assessment on a parcel that is under one acre in size. The objective is to understand exactly what, if anything, is lurking in the soil or groundwater and how it could affect future use of the land. Because the site history is mixed, I am open to a thorough screening that can detect chemical residues such as pesticides or heavy metals, biological threats like pathogens, and even radiological traces if warranted; I will rely on your expertise to determine which lines of evidence are most appropriate.

Please outline the sampling strategy, laboratory methods, and standards you intend to follow (ASTM E1527, EPA guidelines, local regulations, etc.). I will need a concise report that:

• Maps sampling locations across the sub-acre plot
• Summarises analytical results with clear tables and GIS visuals where helpful
• Interprets the data against statutory and industry thresholds
• Provides straightforward, cost-ranked recommendations should remediation be necessary

Digital delivery in PDF with all raw lab certificates included will be fine; a brief call to walk through findings would be appreciated. If you have experience with Phase I/II ESA work on similarly sized sites, please mention it when you reply.
