Phase I-II ESA Consulting -- 2
Budget: $500 – $1,200 USD
I need a qualified environmental professional to take my site through a full Phase I and, if warranted, Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. The purpose is to give me a clear, lender-ready picture of any Recognized Environmental Conditions and, where necessary, quantify them through targeted subsurface sampling.
Here is what I expect:
• Phase I ESA prepared in line with ASTM E1527-21, complete with historical use review, regulatory database search, site reconnaissance, interviews, and clear conclusions on RECs.
• If the Phase I identifies issues, a scoped Phase II work plan that you will execute—soil, groundwater, or vapor sampling as appropriate—followed by a concise analytical summary and recommendations for next steps or closure.
• Digital deliverables (searchable PDF) submitted within agreed timelines, plus availability to clarify findings with stakeholders such as lenders or legal counsel.
Please highlight your relevant certifications, recent similar projects, turnaround time, and the lab methods you typically rely on for Phase II work.
