I want to write a report a bout The Lake District has some of England’s highest mountains and largest lakes. This, combined with high rainfall provide the potential for the production of hydroelectricity. Currently Scotland has 85% of the UK’s hydroelectric energy resources and with new green and sustainable initiatives at the forefront of everyone's mind, you have been approached to manage a potential Lake District Hydroelectric Project.
Part of your role will involve engaging with the project stakeholders to gain their support. Effective stakeholder management is a core project management skill and activity that is essential to maximise the chances of project success, therefore, you as the project manager must demonstrate these competencies.with minimum 3000 words, including table of stakeholders position along with their authorities not less than 5 person random names, and must be every paragraph ending with reference cite them well from any book stakeholders management or any relative books not less than 5 reference?
