Flood Risk & BNG Reports
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
For an upcoming UK planning application I must submit two technical documents:
• A Flood Risk Assessment centred on groundwater flooding. The report should analyse site-specific geology, historic groundwater records and any relevant Environment Agency datasets, then set out mitigation measures and residual risk in a format planners will accept.
• An Ecological Appraisal / Biodiversity Impact Assessment that demonstrates a minimum 10 % Biodiversity Net Gain. I will need baseline habitat mapping, calculations using the current DEFRA Biodiversity Metric and a clear schedule of enhancement measures that achieves the 10 % uplift.
I am not sure whether earlier ecological surveys exist for the site, so the scope should assume a fresh survey but allow room to incorporate any legacy data I might uncover.
Please supply each study as a fully referenced PDF accompanied by any GIS layers, spreadsheets or appendices used in the calculations; the presentation style must align with standard UK planning expectations so it can be uploaded without further editing.
