Environmental compliance: POPs and TSCA for antenna

Job ID: 36312909

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

This project is for a qualified environmental compliance professional.

We need to determine if an antenna is compliant with POPs [Persistent Organic Pollutants] and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

The antenna is compliant for RoHS and REACH. I have attached an Excel workbook with two tabs:
1. The first tab of the spreadsheet with the name "SVHC detected in the product," is a short list of all of the SVHC that have been detected in the antenna, by laboratory testing, and lists the percentages present in a column to the right, and in another column to the right is the "Reporting Limit." [The only SVHC that are present in the antenna, are listed on this first tab].
2. The second tab is a list of all the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) that are the focus of RoHS and REACH.

At this time, we do not have a full BOM or list of all the materials that are used in the manufacture of the antenna.

This project is for a qualified environmental compliance professional to review the list of SVHC that were detected by laboratory testing, and then answer the following questions:
Regarding POPs:
1. Is the antenna compliant with POPs?
2. If there is not enough information to determine compliance with POPs, what information do we need to provide to you to make that determination?

Regarding TSCA:
1. Is the antenna compliant with TSCA?
2. If there is not enough information to determine compliance with TSCA, what information do we need to provide to you to make that determination?
