Environmental Study For Chemical Material Factory

Looking for an expert in environmental engineering who has knowledge and experience in the requirements for issuing a constriction environmental permit for a chemical material factory. Will write and suggest to fulfill the following requirements for the EIA document;

1. BAT ( Best applicable technology) that will be implemented
2. Engineering controls for Environmental hazards , health and safety hazard and Fire hazard
3. EERP and incident reporting team information (top to bottom - project director/ manager to lower)
4. Diagrams/ pictures/ sketch related to BAT and Engineering controls devices which will be installed to protect the environment e.g. storage tanks of chemicals etc.

I need someone who is very experienced and has already done the job because I don't have time to waste.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong knowledge of environmental science and regulations
- Experience conducting environmental studies for industrial facilities
- Familiarity with air quality monitoring and water pollution prevention methods
- Expertise in waste management and disposal practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret environmental data
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
