Environmental Health & Safety Guidance
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m looking for a seasoned Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) professional who can step in quickly, review our current practices, and outline the improvements we need to stay fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Because our operations span more than one location and involve varied day-to-day activities, I need a holistic eye on everything from environmental permitting and waste handling to employee safety procedures and incident-response protocols.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• An initial remote consultation to understand our processes and risk profile.
• A concise gap-analysis report that benchmarks our current program against the most relevant OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 / 45001 requirements.
• Practical, prioritized recommendations we can implement over the next 3–6 months—clearly indicating any quick wins that demand minimal resources, as well as longer-term corrective actions.
• Draft language or templates for the key policies or checklists you believe we are missing.
I have senior management’s backing to move fast, so once we agree on scope and milestones I can secure any documentation or data you need. Please highlight recent projects where you have delivered similar end-to-end EHS support, the standards you work with most often, and the software or audit tools you prefer.
