Seeking an environment policy professional preferably with experience in clean air and air quality governance. work involves reviewing national level clean air guidelines of a country and conducting research on global best practices from other countries and international frameworks that can help in improvements to national clean air policy design and implementation.

Required:
1. Global benchmarking: Research and extract actionable best practices from:
International frameworks (e.g., WHO Air Quality Guidelines , US EPA, etc), and
Country-level clean air programmes (e.g., China and other relevant jurisdictions).

2. “Adoptable” recommendations: For each best practice, provide:
-What the best practice is (in clear, implementable language)
-Why it works / evidence of effectiveness (brief) - can take AI help to frame these too
-How it can be adapted to India’s context (governance/ULBs/state/capacity realities)
Exact source reference (PDF link or the PDF/official webpage link) and section/page citation.
