I am looking for someone to Conduct a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for ecological scheme, ensuring compliance with UK environmental legislation and regulations.
2. Objectives
Identify potential environmental impacts associated with the project, both positive and negative.Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant UK laws, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
3. Scope of Work
EIA Preparation:
Collect baseline data on local biodiversity, ecosystems, water quality, air quality, and cultural heritage.
Conduct detailed analysis of potential environmental impacts.
Develop mitigation strategies for identified negative impacts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Identify key stakeholders (local communities, NGOs, government authorities).
Facilitate public consultation sessions, including venues, materials, and facilitation services.
Document public feedback and incorporate relevant suggestions into the EIA report.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all relevant environmental assessments meet legal requirements. Prepare necessary documentation for submission to local authorities.
Address any regulatory fees associated with the submission process.
Surveys and Studies:
