I am looking for an experienced professional to analyze my existing business's environmental impact. The goal of this project is to provide insight into our carbon footprint and create methods for reducing our environmental impact in the future. This detailed analysis should look at our energy consumption, transportation usage and any other relevant environmental factors. I'm in need of a trusted Freelancer capable of providing a thorough and in-depth analysis to accurately reflect our environmental impact.
The company is only me and i work from home. The evironmental impact we want to calculate is that of our product.
We create a frame for hanging on a wall. the frame is produced in China by Matech industries in Shanghai, a company that follows environmental regulations in china.
The product consists of die casting in 2 parts.
Part 1. Zink alloy Zamak 3 is casted. total of 50 grams per frame.
Part 2. Aluminium Alloy. 12 parts are used, a total of 250 grams of aluminium per frame.
The frames are shipped by sea freight from shanghai to sweden. 700 frames per pallet.
We would like an estimate of our carbon foodprint by using standard models to calculate the impact of mining the aluminium and zink, transporting to shanghai, producing the parts, and shipping to sweden by boat.
