promoter for public speaking

I am looking for a promoter who is experienced in public speaking and can help me with an ongoing project. The purpose of the public speaking event is to educate and inform the audience, who are professionals in the field. This is not a one-time event – I need someone who can commit to the project on an ongoing basis. The promoter should be able to communicate effectively with the audience and make the presentation engaging and informative.
