About the Project
We are building an Enterprise-Grade Pharma Document Management & Workflow Compliance Platform, designed specifically for regulated pharmaceutical operations, with SAP connectivity using GOS (Generic Object Services) & secured REST API integration.
The platform manages the full document lifecycle linked to SAP SD / MM / PP / FICO processes:
PO → Delivery → Challan → Invoice → Payment → Audit → Retention
The system must meet pharma regulatory standards, including:
ITGC compliance
Audit trail transparency
Document traceability
8-year retention mandate
SLA-based workflow approvals
We require a senior SAP Functional / SAP Solution Architect who deeply understands enterprise workflows in regulated industries.
Responsibilities
Map Pharma business rules with SAP processes (SD/MM/PP/FICO)
Architect approval workflows aligned with regulatory & audit requirements
Design routing logic, document traceability, version control logic
Ensure SAP GOS compatibility and object linking structure
Define metadata/classification aligned to pharma documentation SOP
Assist in compliance reviews & validation documentation
Support UAT & architectural sign-offs with client IT / audit teams
Required Expertise (Mandatory)
Skill Area Expectation
SAP Functional (SD/MM/PP/FICO) 6+ years
SAP DMS & Workflow Integration Must have
GOS Attachments / ArchiveLink Must have
Pharma / Manufacturing Industry Projects Preferably multiple
Regulatory Compliance Exposure (FDA, ITGC, QA/QC) Strong advantage
