Enterprise Architecture - Stakeholder View and Strategy View using Archi Tool
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
You are a toll service provider offering your customers (trucking companies, the toll authority, municipalities) a toll service for a section-based toll' From GPS devices in trucks (e.g. on-board unit or smartphones with toll app), information about the current position, the truck parameters declared by the truck driver (weight, number of axles, license plate number) and the device status (operating time, processor load, memory usage) is transferred to a central toll platform at regular intervals. The central platform recognizes the section of road traveled and calculates the toll on the basis of a rate table Based on this information, the following requirements should be implemented:
1. A toll collection service that automatically recognizes the sections traveled and bills them according to a rate table. The invoices are made available to both the trucking companies and the toll authority.
2.A control service that reports to the toll authorities and municipalities in real time when a truck drives on a certain “controlled” section and with which truck parameters. This service has to detect independently from the GPS data via video surveillance (road-side equipment) that a truck is driving on a section, which parameters it has and which license plate number.
3.A device quality service, which detects faulty devices on the basis of the status information from the GPS device
4 .A recognition quality service, which provides a continuous forecast of the tolling quality (sections recognized by the toll collection service / sections actually used according to the control service) based on the control events.
5. A section quality service, which detects whether there is a discrepancy between toll sections and map based on the map matching information and toll sections.
6. A traffic flow analysis, which shows a real-time overview of the truck traffic on toll sections3
7.The list of toll sections with geographical location and the tariff table is automatically obtained from the toll authority.
8.The map matching service, which is needed to identify the road used based on a position, is outsourced to an external map & navigation service.
Stakeholder View: The stakeholder viewpoint allows the analyst to model the stakeholders, the internal and external drivers for change, and the assessments (in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) of these drivers. Also, the links to the initial (high-level) goals that address these concerns and assessments may be described. These goals form the basis for the requirements engineering process, including goal refinement, contribution and conflict analysis, and the derivation of requirements that realize the goals. It Should contains the following elements : Stakeholder , Driver ,Goal , Outcome ,Assessment in the Archimate view.
