Distinction-Level TOGAF EA Assignment

I’m preparing a university assignment based on a detailed case study and want it completed to a clear Distinction/Excellent standard. The work must follow TOGAF end-to-end and demonstrate real-world Enterprise Architecture thinking, with particular depth in Business, Information Systems, and Technology architecture layers.
Scope
The paper should read as an integrated, self-contained piece that walks the reader from context and principles through to roadmap recommendations. It needs to be entirely original, academically referenced, and logically structured so that each section flows into the next.
Required deliverables
• Architectural diagrams that visualise the business, data, application, and technology views
• A comprehensive written report (≈ 4,000–5,000 words) explaining assumptions, rationale, and alignment with TOGAF phases
• A concise implementation plan outlining work packages, sequencing, and risk mitigation
Quality expectations
– All modelling must be consistent with TOGAF notation; feel free to enrich with ArchiMate where it adds clarity.
– Content should be analytically strong rather than descriptive, showing clear traceability from business drivers to technology choices.
– Harvard-style citations for any external sources.
– Plagiarism-free; I will run originality checks.
