Video editing for a Japanese teaching YouTube channel

We are looking for someone with an experience in video editing who is willing to build a long-term relationship with us. We have recently started teaching Japanese and Japanese culture on YouTube and need someone who can help us make neat, high quality, and entertaining videos. We will be speaking English most of the time, however we do use and introduce Japanese characters/words, so understanding in Japanese is necessary.

Requirements:
- Experience in video editing/Adobe
- Advanced to native level English
- Intermediate to native level Japanese
- Japanese keyboard - will be typing Japanese characters

What you will be doing:
- Cutting the footages
- Inserting English subtitles word for word
- Inserting fun and appropriate effects and sounds
- Creating and inserting diagrams and illustrations
- Translating English to Japanese and insert Japanese subtitles (This is something we might be asking you to do in near future)

Each of the original footages ranges from 15-40 minute long. We’d like our post-edit videos to be around 5-10 minutes.
