Full Time Customer Service Representative - Remote Work - 100% fluent in Writing / Speaking English - $8/hr + bonus

Hello,
We are an industrial supply company looking for a full time virtual customer service representative. The job is from 8am - 4pm CST (Texas, USA timzone). Must have computer and skype. 100% online during these hours.
This is not a sales job. This is customer service, providing price/stock for incoming inquiries, order status update to current orders.
Here are the job duties. All tasks will be done by email / phone:
- Reply to customer phone/email inquiries for stock and price check
- Provide customers with order status updates
- Update orders with tracking numbers
- Call vendors / suppliers to check stock and price on items
- Enter new orders into system
You will be required to by online 100% from 8am-4pm Monday - Friday. All customer phone / email inquiries must be responded to within 15 minutes.
Must have professional English writing and speaking skills.
