I manage a team to develop technical projects
My team is growing up, includes web developments and then I am feeling some difficulty communicating with American clients.
American clients ask to call at many projects
I need a native speaker to help to communicate with the clients.


You need the following:
- be native English speaker
- have a good and quick sense
- do well Internet Research
- be kind and patient

It is beneficial if you have the following:
- common knowledge on technical projects that includes web development
- experience to support or manage projects to be related to web development
- experience to advertise technical products or special techniques

I will be ready a document about project content, information for the client and us.
You need to read it and be ready for a half-hour.
You need to record the calling as possible.
Then we can hear the recording to understand the client's requirements.

I will pay your time for both of ready and calling.
The hourly rate will be high.
50~80USD per hour no problem.
After your accomplishment is good, I will increase your rate.
I will not save money to pay you.

This will be a long-term business if it is proved you to match with this position.
