Unser Unternehmen wurde 2014 gegründet und ist im Handel mit elektronischen Kleinteilen, Beauty-Produkten sowie Haushaltsartikeln tätig. Verkaufen über eigenen Onlineshop als auch Plattformen wie Amazon. Aktuell möchten wir unser Sortiment erweitern und neue, langfristige Partnerschaften mit Lieferanten und Großhändlern aufbauen.
Zur Unterstützung suchen wir zunächst einmalig Hilfe bei der telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme mit ausgewählten Großhändlern, Herstellern und Lieferanten. Einige Unternehmen haben wir bereits per E-Mail angeschrieben, jedoch bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Ihre Aufgabe
- Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme überwiegend in Englisch mit den Unternehmen unter Verweis auf unsere zuvor gesendete E-Mail
- Nachfragen, ob die Nachricht bereits gelesen wurde, und höflich um eine schriftliche Rückmeldung per E- Mail bitten
- Bei Bedarf unser Interesse an den Produkten erneut betonen und ausdrücklich um die Zusendung von Produktlisten, Preisen und weiteren Details ersuchen
- Erfolgt innerhalb von ca. zwei Tagen keine Antwort, soll ein zweiter Anruf zur Statusabfrage erfolgen
Wir stellen zur Verfügung
- Eine Liste mit ca. 25 Großhändlern, die kontaktiert werden sollen
- Ein eigenes E-Mail-Konto für die Kommunikation
- Vorlagen für E-Mails und Anfragen (können genutzt oder individuell angepasst werden)
Da sich die meisten Großhändler im Ausland befinden, sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (idealerweise ergänzt durch weitere Sprachkenntnisse je nach Land) notwendig, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

Wir treten als Einkäufer auf der Suche nach neuen Lieferanten auf. Ziel der Kontaktaufnahme ist es, detaillierte Produkt- und Preislisten zu erhalten. Die entsprechenden Anfragevorlagen sind bereits vorhanden.

We are currently looking to expand our product range and establish new, long-term partnerships with suppliers and wholesalers.
To support this effort, we are seeking one-time assistance with making telephone calls to selected wholesalers, manufacturers, and suppliers. We have already contacted some companies by email but have not yet received a response.
Your Tasks
- Call the companies by phone, referring to the email we previously sent
- Ask whether the message has been read, and politely request a written reply by email
- If necessary, restate our interest in their products and explicitly request product lists, prices, and further details
- If no response is received within approximately two days, make a follow-up call to check the status
We Provide
- A list of around 25 wholesalers to be contacted
- A dedicated company email account for communication
- Templates for emails and inquiries (which may be used as-is or adapted as needed)
Since most wholesalers are located abroad, excellent English skills are essential (ideally supplemented by additional language skills depending on the country) to ensure smooth communication.
