english to hebrew translater

I am looking for an experienced translator for my project. I need someone to help translate a children's book from English to Hebrew. The book is about 20–30 pages long and each page has limited words. I am not sure about literal or creative adaptation for the content and I am seeking your advice on which one fits best.
