We are conducting a study on the user experience of "Julo" (Cash loan app). We are seeking up to 2 individuals who regularly use this app for their financial activities. The goal of our interview is to gain insights into your daily use of the Julo app, focusing on functionality, ease of use.

1. Experience with Julo: You should have used Julo to borrow cash at least twice.
2. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate your experiences and compare them with other cash loan apps.
3. Technical Requirements: Willingness to share screen recordings of your interactions with the Julo app and discuss your transaction history.
