UCC Filings, Collection and Enforcement

I'm seeking a professional to assist with various legal services. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, completing UCC Filings, Mechanics Liens, conducting title searches, serving as a process server and performing skip tracing and forensic tasks.
This project is mainly focused on completing legal documentation, especially dealing with Mechanics Liens.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the legal field, specifically with UCC filings and Mechanics Liens
- Proficiency in title search and forensic skills
- Reliable and efficient as a process server
- Expertise in skip tracing.
The successful candidate needs to be detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in handling legal documentation. Previous experience in similar roles will be highly regarded.
