Tax Specialist for Spanish expat living and working in Germany

I am an engineer who moved to Germany in 2021 for work. I have been residing and working in Germany with a US Employer, my payslips were payed from a company office in Netherlands but only the healthcare taxes were automatically deducted.
I need help filling my taxes for the first time.
