Need Telugu transcriber (Rs. 1500 - 2000 per hour, extra for English translation)

I have several audio files of interview recordings conducted in Telugu which I need transcribed. Each recording contains two primary speakers: the interviewer (me) and the person being interviewed (listed in filename).

I need an experienced transcriber who can efficiently and accurately provide proof-read Telugu transcriptions of these recordings that include speaker names and timestamps. You should provide both Telugu lipi and English lipi versions of your transcriptions.

I can pay Rs. 1500 - 2000 per hour of recorded audio, based on quality and experience. I will pay extra if you can also translate each interview script into decent English. Using Google Translate is fine, but you *must* proof-read and correct any mistakes.
