Lecture Transcription and Summarization Tool

I'm looking for a machine learning expert to develop a tool that transcribes and summarizes English lecture audio or video files.
URGRENTLY needs to be done, by June 30th

Requirements:
- Transcribe English lecture audio/video
- Summarize text with moderate detail
- In python
- Needs to have at least one classic ML model and/or one neural network.



Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in ML and NLP
- Experience with audio/video processing
- Strong background in transcription accuracy
- Summary generation with moderate detail
