Welcome to escape! We are a growing EdTech startup based in the Republic of Poland. We offer marathons and 1-to-1 lessons of English on online platform with in-built audio-video connection, interactive tasks and synchronized actions. As we are just starting, our work rhythm is quite fluctuating and energetic, but we are very helpful and supportive. At this step we cannot provide a full-time work contract or some additional perks, so we are looking for people for whom working on a freelance agreement is not a no-no. We value experience and commitment, so all questions related to payments and work situations are quite negotiable. We want to be a great place to work, where each person can realize their full potential with our support and belief, not being buried under routine work and stressful reports.
Currently, we are developing an academy with experts for employees, where every person working for us could develop their skills for free. A lot of great things are planned for future, that include paid vacation, availability of taking a day off during a month with monthly average working day payment covering, possibility of taking international exams with reimbursement, progressive payment scale and much more.
