Virtual Event - French / English Translation Services

We are hosting a virtual conference on 5 and 6 October and looking for live dual interpretation from Eng / Fr and Fr/Eng.
The specs are as follows
Day 1 – single session
• Panels will be mixed so we will require 2 x interpreters – one for the French channel and one for the English channel
Day 2 – AM and PM single session / mid-AM and early PM 2 x concurrent sessions running
• AM – single session require 2 x interpreters – one for the French channel and one for the English channel.
• Mid AM to Afternoon – two concurrent sessions running so we will need 2 x English and 2 x French interpreters for the each channel for these sessions
• PM – single session – require 2 x interpreters – one for the French channel and one for the English channel
Obviously if the speaker is speaking English then only the French interpreter would translate and if the speaker is speaking French only the English interpreter would translate.
We would like the interpreters to be based from our production company studio in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG1 1JU and for the quotation to include appropriate booths and equipment needed for this project. We would also like for the interpreters to be available for briefings (2 hours all in all) pre-event.
I have been asked to send through all pricing by Monday 9 August, so would great appreciate it, if you would revert with a quote ASAP.
