Translate website from English to Vietnamese -- 2

Hi,

I am looking for someone to translate the entire website ([login to view URL]) from English to Vietnamese.

Please keep in mind that the team that's building the website can't speak or read vietnamese, so the translation needs to be good with instruction as to what we are replacing on the website including the header and footer content as well.
