Translate a historical Tamil novel to English

Hi,
We are looking for a quality translator to translate a historical Tamil novel to English. The novel has 3 volumes in total (2500+ pages). If selected the person will be translating the first volume and only if the translation quality is acceptable that person will be given the remaining volumes to translate.
We believe in quality more than experience, so people without experience but having interest and talent shall also apply.
We will share a small file to test you before going further. Compensations will be discussed only after the sample is approved.
