I'm looking for someone who can lip read and transcribe a 2 minute video without audio into a text file format, with timestamps included. All audio in the video is intelligible, but the transcription needs to be accurate and precise. The transcription is from a football match and there are many people speaking at once, I just want someone to write down everything they can lip read in a 2 minute 11 second video.
