We are conducting a study on the user experience of "Akulaku" (Buy Now Pay Later App). We are seeking up to 2 individuals who regularly use this app for their financial activities. The goal of our interview is to gain insights into your daily use of the Akulaku app, focusing on functionality, ease of use.

1. Experience with Akulaku: You should have used Akulaku to purchase good at least twice.
2. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate your experiences and compare them with other cash loan apps.
3. Technical Requirements: Willingness to share screen recordings of your interactions with the Akulaku app and discuss your transaction history.
