German Phone and Chat Customer Support Agent Mon-Fri 10-5PM CEST

Dutch Tech Start-up looking for a fluent German-speaking support agent that can communicate fluently in English internally. Your main job is to support our customers by phone and chat to help them with their technical questions about our product, which is focused on elderly people. Most of the questions will be basic and easily answered. Some other questions have to be discussed internally before answering the customers. This you will do by communicating with our English and Dutch-speaking agents who can help you cover the questions.
