Assistant for trade fair in Malmö, Sweden (16 & 17 Nov.)

We will exhibit at the trade fair in Malmo, Sweden on 16/17 Nov. and introduce Japanese tea at our stand.
We are looking for an assistant for the trade fair.
Language: English/Swedish
The person who is friendly and interested in tea or Japan.
Task
1. Assisting the stand of the trade fair
Nov. 16 08:00 - 17:00 9 hours including lunch time
Nov. 17 09:00 - 17:00 8 hours including lunch time
Serving tea to visitor, preparing tea, explaining our products, taking a note about visitors, other related works
*We will provide the materials so that you get to know about our teas.
2. Researching potential customers (target area is Sweden and Denmark)
Listing up tea company/shop, cafe, etc.
We already listed up some. If listing up 10 or more additionally, it will be appreciated.
3. Making an appointment to visit the potential customers
If making a couple of appointments to the companies of our target, it will be appreciated.
