Part-Time Interview Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable native English speaker to collaborate with our software development team.
Our team is based in Asia and specializes in web and software development. We are seeking a long-term partner who can represent our team during interviews and client meetings with companies in the United States, Canada, and other English-speaking countries.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to attend online interviews and client meetings on behalf of our team. These interviews may include HR screenings, recruiter calls, and technical discussions for software development positions.
You do not need to perform any coding or project work. Our team will handle all job applications, technical preparation, and software development.
Responsibilities
• Attend scheduled online interviews and meetings
• Communicate professionally and confidently in English
• Represent our team during recruiter and client conversations
• Review preparation materials before interviews
• Coordinate with our team before each interview
Compensation
• $0.50 per minute during interview time (approximately $30–$40 per hour)
• Monthly earnings typically range from:
o $100–$200 when there are fewer interviews
o $500–$1,000+ when interview activity is high
Time Commitment
• Approximately 10 hours per week
• Flexible part-time remote work
