Overview
Charalle Education is hiring an enthusiastic, qualified Native English Teacher (Australia or New Zealand native speaker) to deliver interactive online English lessons and record video/audio learning content focused on virtue and academic education.
Responsibilities
Deliver small-group and 1-on-1 online English lessons to international students.
Record clear instructional video and voiceover clips for online course modules.
Provide constructive feedback on student activities and reading exercises.
Assist in reviewing curriculum language for natural Australian/NZ phrasing.
Required Skills
Native English speaker with an Australian or New Zealand accent.
Relevant teaching qualification (TESOL, CELTA, or Bachelor of Education).
1+ years of experience teaching young learners online or in classroom settings.
Patient, encouraging, and engaging teaching personality.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with character-building or values-based education.
Basic understanding of Chinese language/culture to support young learners.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Melbourne, Australia Time / AEST) (Class teaching schedule arranged within these hours)
Rate
AUD $6.00 – $8.00 / hour
Deliverables
Conducted online teaching sessions according to schedule.
Recorded audio/video pronunciation and reading lessons.
Brief student progress notes.
